7-day Exchange Policy:

Upon receiving your order, please check them through immediately. if the product is defective or incorrect order, please contact us with your purchase record at info@couturetwins.com within 7 days upon receipt. We shall look into your case and advise how to exchange. 

To exchange, please make sure the product remains the same condition as how it was sent to you:
-with original packaging
-hangtags still on
-unworn
-undamaged
-unstained
-unwashed

PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK THE PACKAGE WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US FOR EXCHANGE. In this case, your exchange would not be accepted.
